Please note this is a brand new home on a brand new road that is currently not findable on GPS. Companies may have issues finding this address. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. • For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address! WHAT'S INCLUDED: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit *We offer professionally prepared linens that are already placed on the bed, ready for you to relax after an enjoyable day in Florida. *Two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths in each bathroom. At least 8 pool towels in back patio . *Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat. **Heating of pool & spa is available for $40/day with a minimum of 3 night and for duration of the stay. GRILL: The grill and an empty propane tank are available for your use. A cleaning fee of $30 will be charged for utilizing the grill. Guests are required to refill the propane gas. You may exchange the empty tank at any nearby gas station, Home Depot, Sam's Club, or similar locations. Retaining the tank can save you more than $60. Alternatively, we can supply a full tank of gas, ready for use, for an additional fee of $75, which also covers the cleaning charge. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in closed bags and place in the brown bin and make sure bin lid is closed. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags and overflowing. **During these trying times, our guests' safety and well-being are our number one priority.
